Southern California Edison, one of the largest electric utilities in the United States, undertook the most comprehensive technical system upgrade in the company’s history. Enterprise-wide, the company upgraded its core human resources, payroll and training administration functions to the Web-based PeopleSoft® suite of applications.
To help communicate the complexities of this important project, Southern California Edison retained the services of RNB Communications. RNB, with the support of Plus Delta Consulting, developed and wrote a monthly electronic newsletter to inform nearly 300 key project participants and management stakeholders about this multi-million dollar technology and business process change initiative. With prior experience for other large clients communicating PeopleSoft® implementations of this magnitude, RNB seamlessly partnered with Edison project leaders to clearly communicate their upgrade’s progress and milestones and to spotlight its key participants and champions.
