RNB has provided consultative services and produced a variety of media for Pfizer, the world’s number one pharmaceutical company. RNB has supported Pfizer’s comprehensive “colleague” (employee) communications efforts, primarily at the company’s research and development campus in La Jolla, California.
RNB has researched and written over 100 articles for Pfizer La Jolla’s internal, daily online publication and launched a newsletter to provide information about their rapidly expanding campus there. In partnership with Blackstone Media Group, RNB produced many compelling videos to relate complex strategic and scientific information to colleagues. Among these was a “Survivor”-like video that explained a complicated, new decision-making process in a humorous way. RNB also created management presentations, produced Town Hall events, and developed communications campaigns to introduce new site initiatives.
