Partners in Care Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to changing the shape of health care. By joining together with public and private sectors, Partners in Care seeks to shape an efficient, compassionate and responsive system of care for at-risk individuals, families and communities.
Partners in Care recognized that their work was complex and sometimes difficult to describe to potential funders and community collaborators. That’s when they turned to RNB Communications to help them develop a visual communication that could easily tell their story.
Working with Blackstone Media Group, RNB Communications produced an award-winning video that explains the complex work of Partners in Care to their audiences in a clear and compelling way. Beautiful footage of a crew rowing was integrated into the program to metaphorically represent the precise teamwork that Partners in Care demonstrates as they seek to bring health systems, physicians, hospitals, social service agencies and community programs together with financial supporters - to offer new, responsive and compassionate approaches to health care. The participants in the video included doctors, patients and social service organizations that have all benefited from the work of Partners in Care.
For excellence in non-broadcast video production, the Partners in Care video was honored with a Telly Award.
