President, RNB Communications

“When I was the client, I wished I could call just one communications resource who could partner with me to deliver everything from strategy to audio-visual programming to campaign collateral and more,” says Randy Bergman. “That’s why I founded RNB Communications. Today, I am that resource.”

Randy understands the need well because, before opening RNB Communications in 2000, she held executive communications positions at global Fortune 100 companies, including Colgate-Palmolive and Fluor Corporation.

Among her achievements while working “in-house,” Randy pioneered the use of technology-driven Town Hall meetings to connect 50,000 Fluor employees worldwide, substantially lowering communications costs. When she headed Communications and Community Relations for Colgate’s Global Technology Group, Randy developed a comprehensive array of multimedia strategies, communications programs, and organizational change initiatives.  She produced numerous videos for product launches and global employee programs. And she introduced metrics to measure the effectiveness of communications.

Randy began her career on the News Assignment Desk at WCBS-TV News in New York and later became a respected member of the Emmy award-winning CBS Evening News team.

With RNB Communications, Randy brings a wide range of corporate and media expertise to her clients, creating custom strategies, plans and programs for their individual needs:  employee communications campaigns, I.T. launches, video/multimedia production, branding, social media, and event production.  She has produced many award-winning videos, among them several for The ALS Association and Health Net, Inc.

Whether the project involves a small offsite meeting, a social media application or global communications, Randy approaches each engagement with the same spirit and enthusiasm. She welcomes the opportunity to develop new solutions to communications challenges and situations – and enjoys “making the impossible possible.”
